A fluidized bed airflow crusher is a device that uses high-speed airflow to achieve ultrafine grinding of dry materials. The crushed material enters the grading chamber with the upward airflow. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading rotor, the particles are subjected to both centrifugal force generated by the grading rotor and centripetal force generated by the viscous effect of the airflow. When the centrifugal force is greater than the centripetal force, coarse particles above the grading diameter return to the crushing chamber for further impact crushing. Fine particles below the grading diameter flow into the cyclone separator and collector along with the air flow, and the gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.。
