summary:
This machine is widely used for granulation of tablets, granules, and capsules.
Principle and Characteristics:
The single or multiple powder raw materials that need to be granulated are fluidized in a fluidized bed, mixed at the same time, and the binder is atomized and sprayed to the fluidized interface through a special spray gun. The materials are condensed into granules and dried, and the volatile water is discharged by a fan. Integrating mixing, granulation, and drying functions, with a high degree of automation, it can quickly granulate and dry.
